Annika's entry into Megan's book

Hi everyone,

it truly is hard... to draw in someone else's book. I simply continued from "what if..." in the end of Megan's drawing. It's nice to have small clues like this!

Happy creating to all!

  1. I love the pattern behind your piece. What is the recipe for? (Curry of some sort?)

I agree it IS REALLY difficult to draw in someone else's book. My assistant, who is an experienced participant in several "official" moleskine exchanges, showed me that in their exchanges it's generally acceptable to go into other people's pieces and add things in order to create a sense of unity within the whole book. They don't ALTER other people's images, but they add things into the negative space or other non-intrusive areas to help unify the various pieces. I'll post some examples as soon as I've got some time.

  2. Hey,

that actually is a real Indian rice recipe, not a complete one, but I've done it a couple of times and it's delicious. Do you want the full recipe? ;)
